Welcome to La Locanda del Castello

La Locanda del Castello is located in the old part of the small village inside the walls surrounding the Castle of San Giovanni d’Asso, which dates back to the Sixteenth century (1500), built in lime-stone and bricks. La Locanda was completely renovated few years ago trying to pay specific attention to details and retaining as many of the original features as possible. The furniture and the elegant interior design characterize La Locanda as a unique and exclusive place.The location is perfect, in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by the green hills, small villages, farmhouses and good food. The owners and the all staff of La Locanda del Castello do always the best to make the experience of their guest unforgettable. It is possible to organize activities, tours, special menu, wedding parties or other events. La Locanda is open from March to January.
